A Chef David Michael reception provides fine bite-sized hors d'oeuvres and desserts to your guests served by our friendly, tuxedoed strolling staff or presented from a fixed platter table.

All platters are 24 count. Buffet arrangement included with purchase of ten platters. Reception servers are $25 per hour per server.

Lobster and asparagus (seasonal)     $80
Fresh lobster tail wrapped around asparagus tips and tied off with green onion strings, then seasoned and steamed to perfection.

Tenderloin kabobs     $64
Prime beef tenderloin, cubed and grilled then served with sweet red pepper and roasted garlic.

Stuffed Shrimp     $64
Hand selected jumbo shrimp butter flied then stuffed with portabella mushrooms and garlic.

Crab cakes     $64
Fresh Jumbo lump hand made crab cakes served bite size and topped with roasted red pepper Dijon sauce.   

Caviar filled eggs     $52
Caviar, parmesan and wasabi aioli, generously stuffed into a halved egg, topped with capers and lemon.
     
Coconut Shrimp      $52
Large shrimp, butterflied and wrapped in a coconut blanket then baked until golden brown; served with a coconut rum sauce.  

Salmon Florentine Ravioli     $52
Ravioli filled with fresh salmon, garlic and spinach then lightly fried and topped with a cross pattern of marinara sauce and sour cream.

Stuffed Mushrooms     $42   
Large, fresh mushrooms stuffed with basil and garlic and served with a creamy garlic sauce. Add fresh lump crab meat.

Hummus and Pita chips     $42 
Fresh pita bread sliced into squares, dabbed with olive oil and baked until crispy, topped with hummus, black olives and green onions.

Chicken Marinade     $36
Fresh chicken, hand sliced and marinated in teriyaki or spicy chili sauce and served with choice of teriyaki or spicy peanut sauce.
       
Meatballs     $36
Hand rolled and seasoned ground sirloin served with marinara or BBQ sauce.

Crustini     $36
Bite sized toast covered with spinach and shitake mushrooms, smothered with melted provolone cheese.

Brochette     $36
Thickly sliced baguette topped with diced tomatoes, basil and garlic.

Cheese Platter     $36
Various cheeses cut into large help yourself style pieces, arranged with crackers and garnished with fresh fruit. Substitute Baked Brie.
