Premier Package - $21.95 per person*
The premier buffet is
the top of the line - custom designed and beautifully arranged using the
finest ingredients. This package provides a choice of two entrees, a choice
of two side dishes, one salad selection, and assorted breads.

Chicken Florentine –
Stuffed with roasted red pepper,
spinach, and shitake mushrooms.
Pork Tenderloin –
Stuffed with bacon and garlic.
Fillet Mignon –

Pan seared, with wasabi aioli.

Includes a cook to heat and toss
any combination of pastas together for each guest individually. The choices
are usually linguini and penne pasta, but that can vary to suit the taste
of the client (by request).
