Chef David Michael creates simply the finest catered foods available in the Dallas metroplex.  All ingredients are of the highest quality, and are always hand selected by Chef David Michael, prepared with pride and served in beautiful buffets for parties of all occassions.

Catering packages range in price from $13.95 to $21.95 per person.  Select from the following menus or contact Chef David Michael to create a custom menu.  For more on-line information about the catering service, read “About Us.”
 

> Premier Package - $21.95 per person*

The premier buffet is the top of the line - custom designed and beautifully arranged using the finest ingredients. This package provides a choice of two entrees, a choice of two side dishes, one salad selection, and assorted breads.

Chicken Florentine –
Stuffed with roasted red pepper, spinach, and shitake mushrooms.

Pork Tenderloin –
Stuffed with bacon and garlic.

Fillet Mignon – 
Rubbed with rosemary and garlic, grilled.

Sesame Crusted Tuna Tenderloin – 
Pan seared, with wasabi aioli.

*Additional Entrees are $12.95 per person

Our mid-range buffet is the perfect balance between value and outstanding cuisine. This package provides a choice of two entrees, a choice of two side dishes, one salad selection, and assorted breads.

Pesto Chicken – 
Layers of pesto stuffing under the skin.

Grilled Salmon –
Smothered in a sweet citrus glaze.

Seafood Fettucini –
Tossed with lobster Bolognese.

Flame grilled and topped with garlic sautéed mushrooms.

The Classic buffet, which includes excellent food prepared using high quality ingredients, is perfect for those working within a budget.  This package provides a choice of two entrées, a choice of two side dishes, one salad selection, and assorted breads.

Topped with creamy basil mushroom sauce.

Tri-Tip Steak –
Flame grilled and sliced thin.

Catering Options…

> Pasta Station - $5.95 per person
Includes a cook to heat and toss any combination of pastas together for each guest individually. The choices are usually linguini and penne pasta, but that can vary to suit the taste of the client (by request). 

There is a choice of four sauces: 

  • marinara
  • alfredo
  • creamy pesto
  • olive oil with garlic
Additional items include: 
  • mushrooms
  • onions
  • bell peppers
  • fresh basil
  • garlic
  • grated parmesan    
*Add Chicken 50¢   Shrimp $1.25
> Carving Station - $2.95 per person
Includes a cook to cutom carve previously selected entrees from the packages above. (Some items are seasonal)
